Technology at the service of
of the informed trader
Softi Trading is a European software house that develops automated trading tools based on artificial intelligence, designed for those who want to operate with method, transparency and control.

How Softi Trading was born
There is a precise moment when an idea stops being a project and becomes a company. For Softi Trading, that moment comes in June 2024, when Softi System Consulting S.L. is incorporated in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the company that will shape everything that follows. The choice of the Canary Islands is no coincidence: a European hub with favourable taxation, international connectivity and a growing community of digital entrepreneurs, but also a personal lifestyle choice, in line with the desire to spend most of the year close to the sea, in a setting that fosters balance, vision and productivity.
This project is built on a journey that began long before. Lorenzo Vaccarella, born in Milan in 1995, comes from several entrepreneurial and digital ventures that allowed him to build a large and active community over time, coming into direct contact with the real dynamics of the trading world. This journey enables him to understand its critical issues, opportunities and the concrete needs of users from the inside. From the age of eighteen, with the opening of his first VAT number after graduating in accounting, he developed a strong entrepreneurial attitude that led him to explore several sectors, until he matured a clear vision: creating a more accessible, transparent and consumer-oriented financial ecosystem.
Softi was born precisely from this vision: the dream of building a broker and, in perspective, a true bank for everyone, founded on values of quality, security and accessibility. A project designed to simplify the relationship between people and financial markets, through advanced technology and intuitive tools.
In just a few months, what was a personal vision becomes a shared and structured project: a company with a catalogue of software products, a growing team and a customer base that goes beyond Italian borders.
The official presentation in Italy takes place on 28 November 2024, in Milan, at the Up Town venue. It is the moment when Softi Trading enters the Italian market with a defined identity and clear positioning: not a financial intermediary, not an investment platform, but a software house that develops tools for those who want to trade in a structured, aware and autonomous way.
The founder

Lorenzo Vaccarella
Born in Milan in 1995, Lorenzo Vaccarella began his entrepreneurial journey at a very young age, opening his first VAT number at eighteen, right after his accounting diploma. His first field of action is the real estate sector, where he develops a feel for the market and for risk management that would prove fundamental in the following years.
The move into the world of trading and of technologies applied to finance stems from a personal curiosity that quickly turns into a business project. Since July 2025, Vaccarella writes the weekly column "Softi Weekly: Innovazione e AI nel Trading Automatico" on Money.it, contributing to awareness on financial automation and artificial intelligence applied to the markets. At Softi Trading he holds the role of strategic guide, handling corporate management, communication and external relations.
Mission and values
Softi Trading is, first of all, a software house. Not a financial intermediary, not a consulting firm, not a capital manager. This distinction is not a technical detail: it is the foundation on which the entire company philosophy rests. The company does not raise funds, does not manage accounts, does not promise returns. It develops tools, non-financial software, that the user decides whether and how to use, always maintaining full control over their own account with regulated brokers external to Softi Trading.
Every algorithm parameter can be configured, modified and deactivated by the user. The underlying idea is that of a sophisticated "autopilot": a tool that does not replace human judgement but enhances it, offering real-time analysis, automated execution and customisable risk management. Contractual transparency and the user's operational autonomy are the pillars on which every product is designed and released.
In a sector where easy promises are the norm and confusion between financial instruments and services is widespread, Softi Trading has chosen the opposite path: communicating clearly what it is and what it is not, letting the facts, the quality of the software and the experience of users build the company's reputation.
Softi Trading in numbers
Less than two years after its founding, Softi Trading has reached a scale that speaks to the acceleration of the project. More than five thousand active clients across fifteen countries, a team of fifty professionals including developers, analysts and support staff, and a customer service operation running twenty-four hours a day in more than ten languages. The user community keeps growing, driven not by aggressive advertising campaigns, but by word of mouth and the quality of the product.
On Trustpilot, the average rating stands at 4.8 out of 5, a figure the company considers an important indicator but never a sufficient one: the stated goal is to maintain the same level of customer care even during the growth phase. The company has also started the ISO 27001 certification process for information security, confirming an approach that puts user protection at the centre of its operational choices.
The Softi suite
The Softi Trading catalogue has been built up progressively, with each new piece of software responding to a specific market segment and to different user needs. The first product was Softi Cad, focused on the AUD/CAD pair with an M5 time frame, a precise macroeconomic choice: both economies are tied to raw materials, which creates dynamics that can be analysed with advanced statistical models. Operating for over three years with regulated brokers, it combines three strategies and integrates a news filter based on artificial intelligence.
They are followed by Softi Mart, an Expert Advisor for EUR/USD based on an evolved martingale integrated with AI for real-time analysis, and Softi Go, optimized for the same currency pair but on the M30 time frame, with diversified strategies and multi-level take profit management. Softi Metal extended the offering to the commodity and precious metals segment, with a controlled scalping logic and multiple levels of operational safety during periods of high volatility.
In 2025, the launch of Softi Bit marked the entry into automated cryptocurrency trading, both spot and futures, with an AI engine adaptive to the fast dynamics of digital markets and advanced hedging technology, a product that also gained coverage in Milano Finanza. In the same year, Softi Bull represented the most advanced technological step: certified artificial intelligence models, trading on over thirty currency pairs, adaptive functions for selecting market contexts, advanced dashboards and personalised risk management.
Lastly, Softi Prop addresses a specific audience: traders who work with prop firm accounts or funded accounts. The system includes advanced randomisation functions and support for passing challenges, and is expressly designed for experienced users, not beginners.

Secondo me è …

I have been following and using these systems for years, I am truly happy with how the software performs and equally satisfied with the expertise and professionalism this company has in the trading world
The pre-session checklists helped me a lot in the way I trade, I'm very happy!
The real strength here is how they teach you to manage risk, it matters far more than the profit itself
Finally someone who doesn't promise the moon. Clear parameters, prudent settings and plenty of honesty about risk. No pointless talk, just realistic expectations
Also perfect for beginners, provided you carefully follow the guides supplied.
Thanks to the weekly reports, we treat the strategy as a real business project and not as a gamble.
It's not the usual theoretical course. They give you practical tools that make you understand why you are taking certain actions, helping you build a serious trading routine
Thanks to Softi Mart I’ve learned the value of waiting. The time filters and stop parameters are calibrated so well that they prevent trading during the riskiest market moments.
A reliable service that fully reflects the commitments made at purchase
The system acts as an account-saving filter, forcing you to stop when the market is unfavourable.
Not a shortcut to wealth, but an essential partner for those aiming for aware and structured trading
The educational side is worth as much as the software Above all for those coming from emotional trading
Stable, up-to-date software, well explained, without useless technicalities.
Patient support also for those who are not technical and need simple explanations.
Finally a tool that makes you work with method and not with hope.
“We are here for those who want to trade seriously, in a structured and independent way. Not for those looking for shortcuts or promised profits.”
