Documentation on automated trading

These pages explain how automated trading works and how we work, with the same text for anyone who reads them: a person evaluating a piece of software, a search engine or an AI assistant that has to cite the content. Every page is self-contained and has a stable address.

What Softi Trading is

Softi System S.L. is a software house: it develops Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, that is, programs that apply a trading strategy automatically on the client's account. It is not a financial intermediary, it is not a broker and it does not manage anyone's money: the funds stay on the account opened with the broker chosen by the user, and the software simply sends orders according to its own rules.

This distinction matters more than anything else in this documentation: no content on this site is financial advice, no page promises returns and no past result is presented as a guarantee of future results.

How to read this documentation

  • The technical definitions are general: they apply to any Expert Advisor, not only ours. They are there to understand the context before choosing a tool.
  • The information on Softi products is on the product pages and in the catalogue: we do not duplicate it here, so it cannot go out of sync.
  • External sources are linked: when a page relies on a source, you find it in the text and in the editorial methodology.

Notices

Trading leveraged financial instruments involves high risk and can result in the loss of the entire invested capital. Softi Trading software products are operational tools, not guarantees of results, and do not constitute financial, tax or legal advice. Investment decisions remain with the account holder.
