Can I use my PC instead of a VPS?
Technically yes, but it is not recommended. A personal PC gets shut down, restarted for updates, can lose connection or go into sleep mode. In those moments the bot stops operating and you could miss important signals. A VPS eliminates all these risks.
What are the minimum requirements for Softi Bull?
Stable low-latency connection, 24/7 uptime and enough resources to run MetaTrader 5 without slowdowns. All Softi dedicated tiers on FitServer are already configured to meet these requirements.
How do I access the VPS after purchase?
You will receive your credentials by email from FitServer. You can access via Remote Desktop (RDP) from Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android — see and control the VPS as if it were a remote PC. Our team supports you through the initial setup.
Can I use the same VPS for several Softi robots?
Yes, you can run several Softi robots on the same VPS as long as it has sufficient resources. For Softi Bull with multi-asset 38-instrument operations we recommend the dedicated tier to ensure stability under load.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. VPS are available on a monthly subscription (or half-yearly/yearly, your choice), cancellable at any time from the FitServer client panel. No minimum term commitment.
